The RNC is searching for missing person, Jesse Butt-Carter, of St. John’s. The 28-year-old was last seen on Oct. 13, in the west-end of St. John’s.

Butt-Carter is described to be about five feet and eight inches tall, slim build, with blue eyes. There is currently no clothing description available.
