Stone Age Tribe On Island Kills Visitors Who Try To Contact Them

North Sentinel Island, between Myanmar and Indonesia, located in the Bay of Bengal is home to an isolated tribe that has never even made contact with and never been colonized.

These people are one of the last Stone Age tribes on Earth whose culture has been completely unaware from modern civilization.

The Sentinelese are believed to have lived on the island for 60,000 years!

After this huge period of time, it’s not shocking that they are so belligerent to outside world, which may be due to past conflicts with the outside world.

Despite the fact that the island is part of India, but no one dares to visit Sentinelese tribe.

The reason is their extreme violence and aggressive nature, anyone who has ever tried to visit the island was attacked and sometimes killed by them.

In 1896, a Hindu prisoner escaped from the prison but had a bad luck to ground on North Sentinel. Later his body was found on a beach, wounded by arrows and his throat was cut.

On August 2, 1981, when the ship Primrose ran around on the North Sentinel Island reef, they noticed men carrying arrows and spears on the beach.

The captain tried to use radio communication to ask for help but did not receive it. Luckily, the crew was away from the island because of waters forces and rescued by helicopter a few days later.
