Man Challenges On Cheat Day By Eating 20,000 Calories

The clip, entitled ‘EPIC Cheat Day’, has earned 1 million YouTube views. This video featuring Rob Lipsett who is 25, and belongs from Dublin is famous person on youtube for his fitness video blogs he has 15,000 followers on his channel, in this video, he had targeted to eat 20,000 calories in a day which he successfully accomplished and this stomach fueling video became one of the most trending.


This Irish fitness vlogger has made through 20,000 calories in a single day for a stomach tearing food challenge. He filmed the video in a bid to increase his YouTube following, he began his day by breakfast of seven pastries and three doughnuts, with an addition of an entire pot of maple syrup.


By then he had already got through 4,402 calories which are double the need of normal intake for a man, which is like 2,500.


His first meal finished at 8.40am, then Rob said: ‘Feeling pretty good after that, I just had a five minute lie down. The worst part were the cinnamon swirls, they were just a bit dry.’

After a light training in the gym, Rob was ready for lunch and he picked up from a nearby Burger King.  The giant  meal consisted of a double Texas steakhouse burger, large fries, 16 onion rings and  BBQ dipping sauce which Rob managed to digest well.


After lunch, he said: ‘It was enjoyable. I might go for a little nap then I’m going to have some kind of dessert.’


Dessert was of an Oreo cheesecake, which had amount the calories more than of lunch that was 3,679.Plus, half a big chocolate bar was melted on top, which sweetly added 5,610 calories to the dessert.


By 5.30pm, he started his dinner, he called to local takeaway and ordered a giant pizza and some cookie dough.


He ate all 3,037 calories following  Ben and Jerry’s Sofa So Good tubs of ice cream.  In the end, Rob surrendered through final shot on  20,185 calories with a whimper.


Later talking about his victory, he said: ‘For me it’s all about eating fast. It’s like my brain doesn’t have time to register what’s going on.’
